Abstract	本文根据对国内外经济形势的分析和截至2008年11月底的海关统计数据，对我国进出口总额、中美和中欧贸易进行了测算。提出了2009年我国对外贸易中需要关注的一些问题，例如综合运用多种政策工具减轻金融危机影响；贸易顺差持续扩大，贸易摩擦形势严峻；加工贸易进出口显著下降将带来严重就业问题；机电产品进出口前景不容乐观；呼吁欧美扩大对华技术出口。
