摘要	In this paper we study a linear Schrodinger equation with a Stepanov almost periodic potential, where the potential is discontinuous from R to R. We first show the existence of rotation numbers for the equation. We then give the optimal estimate of rotation numbers. (C) 2015 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
