摘要	In this paper, we study binomial skew polynomial rings A. We produce a Groebner basis of each two-sided ideal in A (as left ideal). Thus we give a positive answer to the question 2 in Gateva-lvanova (Gateva-Ivanova, T. (1996). Skew polynomial rings with binomial relations. J. Algebra 185(3):710-753.): 'Is it true that A has a decidable membership problem for finitely generated two-sided ideals?'.
