摘要	Let F-q(n),be the n-dimensional vector space over the finite field F-q and let G(n) be one of the classical groups of degree n over F-q. Let A be any orbit of subspaces under G(n). Denote by L the set of subspaces which are intersections of subspaces in A and assume the intersection of the empty set of subspaces of F-q(n) is F-q(n) itself. By ordering L by ordinary or reverse inclusion, two lattices are obtained. This paper discusses when they form geometric lattices. (C) 2001 Academic Press.
