摘要	We define a generic eigenvalue flow of a parameter family of metrics, which the corresponding eigenfunction is continuous in parameters. Then we apply the result to the study of polynomial growth harmonic functions on a complete manifold. Under the assumption that the manifold has some cone structures at infinity which is not necessarily unique, we obtain a uniform growth estimate.
